I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I was very relaxed whilst having a lash lift and tint. Tsz was amazing as always, I wouldn't go anywhere else. My lashes look sooo good, I love them 😍 Thank you Tsz 😊

Really pleased with my classic lash set, so fluffy and natural looking. Lash tech was super accommodating, friendly, as a first time customer It was a good experience I’ll definitely be back. I came in for a blow-dry the added brow shaping and couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looked sleek and full of volume, and my brows were shaped beautifully natural but defined. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have been to Tsz for a few treatments now and I have always away happy.. this time I had her new Korean lash lift and have not been disappointed! The treatment room is lovely and cosy. Tsz is super friendly and welcoming and my lashes look amazing. Thankyou so much .. look forward to visiting again :)

Hands down the best waxing salon in Birmingham— super professional, spotless, and so friendly. Nilima has done all my treatments for my wedding and she’s amazing! I’ll be travelling from Scotland just to keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I had my eye lash extension , brow tinting and shaping by the very owner Nilima. Where do I begin with. First of all the place has got a nice tidy vibe. The staff is extremely well behaved. Nilima is the real boss lady with full of positive energy. Shes very gentle in client handling. She strived for him satisfaction. And I extremely loved talking to him during the services. I felt feeling very happy and truly pampered. I think I will be coming here very often now🙂 best wishes to Nilima and team for the nice job they have put in to make this place stand out.
