I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Really pleased with my classic lash set, so fluffy and natural looking. Lash tech was super accommodating, friendly, as a first time customer It was a good experience I’ll definitely be back. Her work environment is a tidy, clean safe space which is really relaxing. She takes pride in her quality of work and ensures you won’t leave disappointed

I came in for a blow-dry the added brow shaping and couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looked sleek and full of volume, and my brows were shaped beautifully natural but defined. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!

Just visited brow box. Was travelling for work and meeting was cancelled last minute so decided to book some me time in. Place is super easy to find really near the main station. Had a massage, pedicure and eyelashes was a wonderful experience- lovely attentive staff, excellent service. Very happy with everything thank you!

100% recommend, such a nice vibe. Ive been to get a lvl twice here, the first time I came to her, I was worried bc I had a bad experience with another lash tech elsewhere but she made me feel very reassured, explained what could’ve happened and my lashes came out stunning and healthy
