I received incredible service from Prép and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina — both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures — they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

I recently started going to Hillary for lash extensions, and I couldn't be happier with her work! I've only had two appointments so far, but I can already tell she truly loves what she does. The lashes lasted so long, and Hillary made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She explained each step of the process, which I really appreciated. And a special shoutout to her lash bed – it's comfier than my bed at home! Highly recommend Hillary for anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting lashes. She's amazing!

Fantastic experience with Morgane! I was really curious how mobile lash service would work and she put all my worries at ease! She was friendly, professional and most importantly her technique is flawless. I’ve had my lashes done at a lot of different places but I would actually say she has been the best. None of the lashes stuck, they weren’t clumpy or lumps of glue. Smooth and beautiful and exactly what I asked for. As an added bonus she gave me some great information about lash lifts and was extremely knowledgeable about lash artistry. Excited to continue my services with her!

Honestly, Morgane is the Best Lash Artist in the City! Sooo happy with her lash extensions and her lash lifts! Her lash lifts stay lifted for super long unlike others and she always achieves the best lash look for me! She honestly can give you celebrity-look lash extensions…her quality of work is amazing and also I can tell she uses high-quality products (light and luxurious lashes with high grade adhesives). She also has the best customer service…she is very kind, caring and friendly! She is extremely experienced and is also a Lash Trainer/Mentor. I have to book at least a month in advance!

I love my Lashes!! I was a lash virgin before this and I dont know if I can ever go back. I went to Eye Love Lashes for my wedding prep. Morgane was so wonderful and professional and the set lasted FOREVER! Never failed. Made me feel great with or without makeup.
