I appreciated the follow-up reminders, which made it easy to stay organized. During my appointment, Ray was punctual & attentive. What stood out to me was that she took the time to clean my lashes thoroughly before applying the extensions, something I’ve rarely seen elsewhere. Rayaan was so sweet, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire appointment. She’s very knowledgeable and really takes the time to suggest styles that she genuinely thinks will suit you best. I absolutely love how my lashes turned out - they look beautiful and natural! The whole experience was so relaxing that I even fell asleep for a bit because her hands are so gentle. It was my first time getting lashes and Didi was amazing! She helped me pick out what I wanted and talked me through the process. She made me feel totally comfortable and was very professional.
