I have been twice for the strawberry laser lift - it’s worked really well on me! The spa is very clean and the staff are lovely. Vanessa is a great beauty therapist, you’ll come out feeling very relaxed afterwards.

I was a bit nervous about the needles, but Dr. Natalie at Viora Clinic has such a gentle touch! The Sylfirm X and Botox treatments were virtually painless she is incredibly meticulous and skilled. I walked out with an instant glow and my skin looks so much brighter already. The clinic is spotless and very comfortable. If you’re looking for high end results without the pain, Dr. Natalie is the best!

I’ve been having an ongoing laser treatment and I’m really happy with the experience so far. The staff are professional, friendly, and always make me feel comfortable during each session. They explain everything clearly and check in regularly to make sure I’m okay. I’ve already started to see noticeable results, which has boosted my confidence a lot. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and uses modern equipment, which makes me feel safe and well cared for. Overall, it’s been a positive journey and I’m looking forward to completing the treatment. My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. 先做了皮肤检测，用仪器扫了一遍，医生对着屏幕给我讲了一下皮肤的情况，哪些地方需要注意和如何改善。讲得挺清楚的，不是那种随便敷衍两句就完事，对我的疑问也一直非常耐心的解答。 然后做了根据我的情况推荐的Dermapen 4加刷酸，整个过程大概三十分钟。医生全程操作很稳，很细心，每做一块区域都会问一下感受，让人非常安心！ 做完之后脸有点红，微微发热，属于能接受的范围。店里给了之后护理的注意事项，交代了这几天要怎么护肤、防晒。整体下来流程顺畅，沟通愉快，没有多余的推销，体验感不错。

I almost never ever write reviews . But I can’t help it this time as I feel really grateful. First time in my life ,a doctor really delivered a result I really like . A natural looking result, still very much Me but a little fresher version of Me. I am very happy . No pain no bruises which I was honestly surprised. He is also honest and did not push for more products and treatments . I feel very comfortable in his care . Very friendly and easy to talk to . So happy I found “the one - doctor “ :)

Mina is an outstanding anaesthetic nurse and, in my opinion, one of the most skilled laser technicians I know. If you have any skin concerns, she is highly knowledgeable and able to provide expert advice—arguably more effective than some practitioners claiming to be specialists. I recommend booking your session in advance to ensure availability, rather than waiting until last minute. You will be impressed by her professionalism and expertise.

Great experience at Apple and Eve as always. I’ve been coming for a few years to do electrolysis with Jacquie (one of the few places left in London which still do it!), and she always does an excellent job. It’s not a pain free procedure but I’m always made to feel as comfortable as possible, taking breaks when necessary etc. The treatment always works well and I never had any problems after.

Excellent service. Very easy to talk to. Facial hair removal was great. Akku always checked in with with me, to ensure the pain tolerance was ok. Overall excellent service and I would highly recommend anyone wishing to have laser hair removal, to come along to diamond Skin. Can't wait for my 7th session .

A consultation for Co2 Laser - My Dr was kind patient and knowledgeable. I wanted to go ahead and just have the treatment without knowledge … She was able to explain further and guide me towards a better route of treatment plan, with which, I am more suited for and comfortable with. This is a lovely clinic. Professional and kind staff.
