I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience with Dovile, and I’m still floating from how relaxing it was. Having my hair touched is my absolute favourite thing in the world, but this was on another level. From the moment I arrived, Dovile made me feel so looked after, it genuinely felt like she cared about every detail of my treatment. I feel like I may have to book this monthly now. Superb! Ewa is the best electrolysis therapist I have ever been to. I have had such excellent lasting results with hair removal and now I see her to remove skin blemishes via electrolysis too. It’s a revelation what she can do!

The headspa treatment was incredibly relaxing and left me feeling completely refreshed. The lady who did my treatment was warm, friendly, and very professional — she instantly made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She clearly knows what she’s doing and took the time to explain each step, which I really appreciated. My scalp felt so clean and my hair was noticeably softer and shinier afterward. I also loved how calm and welcoming the whole atmosphere was. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking to truly unwind and treat themselves. I’ll definitely be coming back

Ewa is a mix of a genius and a healer! She is so highly skilled and trustworthy in this very delicate work. She has had an excellent grasp of the conditions my family and I have presented with at different times, and her skill in delivering the treatment is of a different level. In addition, she makes what looks like a really painful treatment bearable with her easygoing manner and humour. She delivers the treatment with warmth and care, and that's why, even after relocating elsewhere in the country, I will keep coming back to Ewa! She is outstanding and I highly, highly recommend her!

My first visit at Nabras Clinic. Easy to reach as opposite Westfields and a short walk from Shepherds Bush underground station. The clinic is very clean, beautifully designed and very welcoming. Nabras was excellent. She explained everything to me in detailed and was very professional. I had the CO2 laser. I was very nervous but she made me feel at ease and comfortable. The treatment went very smoothly and with very little discomfort. In for my next treatment in the new year. Feel very positive about the outcome. Highly recommend to use Nabras clinic. Nebras was very nice and knowledgeable about the proceduces (I had Fractional CO2 Laser) and put my mind at rest to what was a very good treatment!

Visited patel sisters aesthetics beauty clinic for the first time yesterday to get my hair cut and olaplex relaxing treatment and I am over the moon, my hair needed a bit of rescuing and I feel like it has been transformed. Payal achieved a really natural look and I am thrilled with the colour. I wish I had found this place sooner because I will definitely be going back.
