This was my first time at the salon and having a head spa treatment. It was lush! I booked pretty last minute and they were able to fit me in and the therapist was so lovely and explained the whole process. Great experience at Apple and Eve as always. I’ve been coming for a few years to do electrolysis with Jacquie (one of the few places left in London which still do it!), and she always does an excellent job. It’s not a pain free procedure but I’m always made to feel as comfortable as possible, taking breaks when necessary etc. The treatment always works well and I never had any problems after.
