This was our first time at Dilaani Spa, and we absolutely loved the experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the space was spotless and relaxing. Amazing, attentive service! Hands down the best nails I’ve gotten here in Ottawa. Katya was thorough and the manicure was super clean. The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! Thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience all worth it.
