I had a keratin treatment and the results were amazing. My hair feels smooth, soft, and beautifully straight with a healthy shine. The salon is clean, modern, and even has a café offering drinks. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. Anu made me feel welcome, explained the treatment clearly, and ensured I was comfortable. My experience was excellent from start to finish, and I look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended

Superb! Ewa is the best electrolysis therapist I have ever been to. I have had such excellent lasting results with hair removal and now I see her to remove skin blemishes via electrolysis too. It’s a revelation what she can do!

Twice I’ve been now for colouring with monika and cut by amber! always been such a great experience especially with the colouring as I have dark hair and they’re always honest with how my colour will turn out (I keep choosing light colours 😅) and it always comes out lovely! Highly recommend very attentive and knowledgeable!

Every appointment is more than just a hair treatment — it’s a soul-and-mind experience. This salon is consistently excellent. Today I went for my highlights, toner and blowdry and the prices are excellent for such a high end establishment. The service that I receive from the moment I walk in the door is outstanding and the entire team are true professionals. I always come out with hair that looks amazing, having had highly skilled stylists working on my hair. They really are specialists, and can do any job with hair to a high standard. The pleasant and friendly team always make you look and feel great, and I will always return to Orange Chat for my hair.
