Had my hair cut yesterday, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! ✨ This time, I wanted a complete transformation — moving away from straight/blow-dried styles to fully embracing my natural curls. Luciano and I had a great chat about the look I was aiming for. He was incredibly attentive to the details and took the time to explain what would work best for my hair type. I’ve always trusted him, and once again, he didn’t disappoint. Within just 10 minutes at the office, I had already received five compliments! I’m beyond happy with how it turned out. I had the most amazing experience with George and his team today! They made me feel at home straight away and genuinely cared about the health of my hair. My hair has never looked this good! The service was incredible, and the head massage made me feel like royalty. I can’t wait to go back! I live nearly 3 hours away and will definitely be visiting again when my hair needs some TLC! It was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. My sister had recommended going to them for a silk press & her recommendation was so strong that I had to book them. When I went, I understood why. The amount of care I had from every employee at the salon (not just the person doing my hair) was impeccable. Jo, Nellie and Jacqueline (apologies if I’ve spelt any names wrong) genuinely took their time with my hair, giving me a free consultation and recommending products I would use in the future. Nellie was the absolute best with my hair, I couldn’t believe what she did to my hair!!!

Steve was amazing. He is very friendly and honest giving me advice on what I should do for my damaged bleached and straightened hair. He wanted the best for his clients and even though it was my first visit but I already feel home and his professionalism is through the roof with how he handled the treatment for my hair and the haircut was brilliant leaving my hair feel refreshed and healthy again. I am really grateful to have met Steve and his fabulous take on my haircut and treatment today. I will definitely return.

Dita is absolutely lovely and clearly has a loyal client base, and it’s easy to see why! I also had the best hair wash and head massage I’ve ever experienced (done by another lady whose name I didn’t catch). The service was thoughtful throughout, with great attention to detail, including drink offers. Highly recommend!

The best experience I've had in London so far. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and I was offered a drink. Then another lady washed ans prepared my hair for the cut. She was lovely and professional at the same time. Hakan then took time to listen to what I wanted and also had great suggestions based on my hair type. The attention to detail, precision and effort he put into my haircut and blow out were incredible. He's a true magician! Highly recommended.

Amazing experience with Marika, she is the best colourist out there and had taken me from dark brown to blonde twice with minimal damage! Always manages expectations and does what is best with your hair whilst looking getting an amazing natural colour.
