I had an amazing colour consultation with Arch. He was very attentive in giving me best options to keep my hair not only beautiful, but also healthy. There was no rushing, we even went over the time. And the receptionist was very friendly too.

Had my hair cut yesterday, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! ✨ This time, I wanted a complete transformation — moving away from straight/blow-dried styles to fully embracing my natural curls. Luciano and I had a great chat about the look I was aiming for. He was incredibly attentive to the details and took the time to explain what would work best for my hair type. I’ve always trusted him, and once again, he didn’t disappoint. Within just 10 minutes at the office, I had already received five compliments! I’m beyond happy with how it turned out. Luisa was really helpful in the hair consultation and acknowledged that what I needed for my hair and treatment. I laid down my concerns with my hair and she answered in the best way possible. Cannot wait for my next appt on 2nd July 2024.

It was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. My sister had recommended going to them for a silk press & her recommendation was so strong that I had to book them. When I went, I understood why. The amount of care I had from every employee at the salon (not just the person doing my hair) was impeccable. Jo, Nellie and Jacqueline (apologies if I’ve spelt any names wrong) genuinely took their time with my hair, giving me a free consultation and recommending products I would use in the future. Nellie was the absolute best with my hair, I couldn’t believe what she did to my hair!!!

I found my experience at Hayato London very positive. My stylist (Hironao) took the time to listen carefully during the consultation and recommended a hairstyle that worked perfectly for my hair. Every step was handled with great care and professionalism, from the relaxing shampoo and massages to the precise layering cut and final styling. I'm very happy with the result.

Everyone should have a Natasa as a stylist! She takes her work to the next level. Sometimes, I go in to the salon thinking I want to "go short" with my hair and she convinces me that I don't! ;-) But she is (almost!) always right, her style instinct is a superpower! She then executes her plan with precision and artistic flair. I've done a deal to lease my hair to her, I gave her a 50% stake, because she cares for it as if it was her own! Thanks a million and thanks of course to the best salon in London by far x

Dan was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating (as well as the other staff). He listened to what I wanted to do with my hair and it came out even better than I expected. He also helped me with some consultation on hair color and we did a patch and strip test, so I'm excited to come back and get my hair colored!

I visited Hayato on January 27th for a haircut, shampoo, and a consultation about perm options. The experience was absolutely fantastic 😍 ☺️ Airi, my stylist, was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and patient. She carefully listened to my concerns and needs, offering sincere and professional advice. I'm beyond satisfied with the entire process. Also, the tea and little treats provided were a lovely and thoughtful touch 🙌 wikl definitely come for perming and treatment

Lovely salon in a cute part of London. I came for hair colour and Natalia did a great job. Very thorough, thoughtful and professional. I will be back again. And the coffee shop next door makes the best iced late and Spanish bocadilllo!
