My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. I came across Kamila two years ago whilst searching for help with my rosacea. I couldn’t be more happier with service I had received over those years. I’ve had many treatments incl. chemical peels, microneedling and skin boosters. Kamila always explains everything before the treatment, so you know what to expect. I have had an amazing experience during my six sessions with Kamila. I suffer with rosacea for such a long time now. I have tried many medications, face creams in the past - without a success. I came across KD Brow Bureau whilst searching for someone who could help me. I made an initial appointment and what a found that was! Kamila took her time to explain the process of my treatment (chemical peeling). She also recommended face creams I should be using, talked me through my daily routine with my diet (very important) and offered supplements which helped massively. I can not thank her enough🧡

My beautician of 7 years has retired so a friend recommended I booked The Bothy Wellness & Beauty, well I have to say it's a 12 out of 10, staff today were more than professional and just a great experience and when I asked about other treatments the staff member was more than very knowledgeable, I'm thrilled as I have found the best place to make me feel fantastic...I also went away with an amazing exfoliation balm that has my skin feeling like velvet...thank you so much Debbie

Kamila puts you at ease the minute you step through the door, to the moment you leave. The first time I've ever had my brows done and I am really happy with the experience and results. Lots of advice given on aftercare and only a message away. Kamila is very professional but chats to you throughout. Very relaxing treatment area.
