Wonderful first visit to see Georgina for microneedling. Georgina asked me lots of questions about my skin and goals with the treatment, which made me feel so at ease and like i was in really skilled hands. It’s very clear that Georgina is very knowledgable about treatments - a totally 5 star experience. I’m looking forward to visiting again to continue my microneedling journey with my skin!

I’ve been seeing Becca for treatments for years now, and her facials and massages are truly unmatched. Her salon setting is so calm and welcoming - the perfect space to unwind. I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. My nails appointment was lovely as always. Emily has lots of new colours, today I chose Decoy Magnetic. It looks fabulous, shade of pink which changes colour in different lights, due to the magnet, Perfect, thank you :-)

I’ve visited Rachel a few times now for facials and she consistently goes above and beyond. It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds . I’ve also started getting my nails done with her and they’re the best they’ve looked in a very long time. Professional, attentive, and genuinely talented, Rachel is brilliant.

Today I went to see Ashleigh at The Petite Retreat for a treatment ‘Deluxe chemical peel’. I found Ashleigh friendly, easy to talk and more importantly very knowledgeable. She definitely knows a lot about skin. After the treatment my face felt super smooth and fresh. I will definitely be back for more treatments :)

Brilliant experience with Becca. She was very warming and welcoming upon my arrive to the treatment. She put me at ease by explaining everything and how she can help me with the things I've been wanting to work on. The treatments themselves we absolutely incredible. Just had an Express BioRePeel done with Ashleigh and I cannot recommend enough. The petite retreat is a lovely comfy space, very clean and smelt gorgeous. Really happy with the results so far, my face feels so fresh and glowy. Ashleigh is very welcoming and friendly, her extensive knowledge on skin/skincare shows how much passion she has and it really shows in her work. Will definitely be returning for more treatments.
