What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. Alaine was warm, attentive, and highly skilled, which made the whole session feel personalized and deeply restorative. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and refreshed. I had the best experience at Petite Retreat with Ashleigh. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly attitude. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided expert advice tailored to my needs. The treatment itself was flawless. Ashleigh’s attention to detail and skill were evident in every step. My facial was gorgeous, I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I’ve visited Rachel a few times now for facials and she consistently goes above and beyond. It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds . I’ve also started getting my nails done with her and they’re the best they’ve looked in a very long time. Professional, attentive, and genuinely talented, Rachel is brilliant.

Emily really put me at ease from the start. It was my first ever facial (I'm in my 30s), she explained everything clearly. She was very gentle, explained the reason for my skin concerns and what I can do to improve my skin. She gave me her recommendations but didn't push me to buy. A very relaxing treatment and I look forward to me next one!

I've been to a few beauty therapist in my time for my facials but no-one beats Lucia in her warm, professional ,perfectionist manner and who always gives that little bit more for you to float out the salon relaxed,pampered and with amazing skin ,nails,lashes,brows,waxing and I haven't found a product that matches Germaine either.5⭐️

Fabulous treatment . I tried one of the new facials that are about to be launched. What a treat. A total ritual . Loved it from start to finish. Beautiful Organic range of products. The treatment included a wonderful steam as part of the exfoliation just delightful. A nourishing mask . A wonderful experience with a super therapist Definitely recommend you trying this ritual.

Just had the BEST facial with Becca and I am obsessed! She is so good at what she does — super knowledgeable but also just makes you feel totally comfortable the whole time. I was so relaxed I could’ve taken a nap right there. My skin feels amazing and I left literally glowing. Becca has the magic touch and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend if you need some self-care!

I have had 3 pregnancy treatments with Sarah. 2 massages and a facial. They've all been wonderfully relaxing and Sarah has given me some advice on some stretches that have helped with my aches and pains and made it feel like baby has a bit more space. My only complaint - the time goes too fast!!

Julia provides a lovely professional service. Having a facial is a totally relaxing experience. And, a real bonus, I always come away feeling 10 years younger 😀👍

My friend and I had such a lovely morning here! We did the two souls experience - I had the facial (which I always get because they're so good!) and my friend had the reflexology which she said was great. It was such a relaxing experience. The space is beautiful, the extra touches like the foot bath, gowns, slippers, drinks and snacks were such and nice touch. We took a book and read while the other had their tretment, and it was so nice to just be able to switch of and relax. Alaine, as always, was so welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend in you want a few hours of 'me time'!
