Millie does a great job - my hair always looks great when I first leave but then also lasts and still looks great a couple of months later. Her colour choice is spot on and it’s a nice calm salon room all to yourself

Jemma is absolutely amazing at what she does. I’ve visited several hairdressers in Harrogate over the years who have completely ignored my preferences. As a blonde, I like my hair to be a certain tone and she mastered that perfectly. She is extremely meticulous, thorough and knowledgeable however doesn’t leave you in the chair for hours. My visit to the salon is always lovely, and Jemma is a pleasure to chat too. Bonus is, she’s very reasonably priced! I’m so pleased I’ve found my new hairdresser forever!

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

I've been coming to “The French Reception” for years now, and for me personally Laurent is the best hairdresser in Harrogate. His skill, attention to detail, and ability to understand exactly what I want never fail to impress me. Whether it’s a simple trim or a complete restyle, Laurent always delivers perfection! The salon itself is a welcoming and stylish space, making every visit a pleasure.

Lovely lovely girl, first time in the salon and Eve made me feel so welcome, really chatty! Salon is lovely and the experience was 10/10. Really knew her stuff and she cut and styled my hair gorgeous, will definitely be returning! Very well priced also compared to salons in the area.

Joseph has done my hair for years and, today, I visited his new salon in Harrogate. Wow!!!! What an excellent experience it was. I had a lovely cup of coffee (x2) and Joseph lived up to expectaions, and more. He is certainly setting a high standard. I'm definitely going to go back again. The only worry I have is that he's going to get booked up a very long time in advance.

Mel has a ton of knowledge about hair colour, also lots of good ideas. Cut and styling were exactly what I asked for I’d definitely recommend. Salon is friendly and relaxed vibe.

I couldn’t be happier with my hair cut and style. From the moment I walked in, Abbie made me feel so welcome and listened carefully to what I wanted. Her skill and attention to detail is truly impressive. I left the salon feeling amazing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!!

After years of bleaching my hair Will listened to my wish to stop and start growing into my womanly years more gracefully yet still with something eye catching. His caring yet professional attitude is why I’ve always trusted Will for over 3 years now and it was this trust that got me to what will created for me today. Not had my hair done in ages. Will is patient in working out what’s needed and helpful with suggestions on cut and colour. Hours in the salon are lovely ‘time out’ for me and always great banter from Will. Really really pleased with my cut and colour.

I visit Novu Harrogate regularly, where Alex removes and reapplies gel to my fingers and toes. The salon has a friendly atmosphere and I prefer to support local British businesses who provide a great service. Thank you.

As always. Laura is such a talented artist when it comes to hair styling and colouring. As well as having a gorgeous salon, Laura is such a beautiful soul and I love visiting her for my hair colour. She is very considerate to my lifestyle and how often I want to have my hair coloured (ideally only twice a year) and always considers that when colouring my hair. Brilliant!

This is one of the best hairdressers in Harrogate! I highly recommend it.

Millie always looks out for my hair & what’s best for it - even if it’s what I don’t want to be told. My hairs thinned due to several reasons and she advised a break from extensions for a few weeks to let it repair and thicken and gave me some great tips to help. Hair Colouring is always absolutely spot on. Warm cosy vibe in the new location/salon. The coffee is lovely too. Thank you as always ❤️

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my hair! Incredibly talented, knowledgeable and super calming. I have not stepped foot in a salon for years due to anxiety, however Eve explained everything asking me for my opinions and I was great full to hear her ideas. The heated towels were a lovely treat too. Highly recommend Eve emd I look forward to having a wonderful salon experience again and a catch up soon 💕

I booked with Millie due to my usual hair dresser not being able to fit me in due to the busy Christmas period. She was so welcoming, professional and I love my hair!
