Absolutely amazing place with great services, Tatjana is truly wonderful and very skilled. I am a regular and even tho I have moved out of Derby I have never found a better place and rather make an effort to travel for my appointments, very thankful for being convenient with time slots offerd. I can be very picky but I have never left disappointed. When in doubt, you can always trust her with what suits and fits you the most. 🥰💯

Finished my course of chemical peels with Sam, not only does she provide a thorough and comfortable service, she is also incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to individual skin needs. Looking forward to rebooking with her again. HIGHLY recommend 💓

Really enjoyed my oxygen facial, I was so relaxed I fell asleep! My skin is glowing now even in winter. Ella provided some great advice, even offering follow up guidance on how I can alter my existing skincare regime to benefit my skin the most based on her assessment of my skin which I really appreciated. Booked for bikini and brow wax before my holiday. Lovely, clean room, Nikki was lovely and friendly. She recommended threading on my brows instead of wax and so glad she advised that because they look amazing! Now that I live in derby, I will absolutely be back here. Thank you

I originally went elsewhere NOT TAISIYA on the outskirts of Derby which the girl turned me away after 90 minutes of her trying to get the shape so I walked away..That was 100% the right decision because I found Taisiya & understandably I was really nervous & she totally understood why. I had my patch test then a couple of weeks later I went for my appointment.Taisiya got the shape within 10 minutes & that was it they were perfect I had blade & shade 2 years ago & a little freshen up & literally this week I’ve had powder brows with hair strokes.She is out of this world she has me forever now 💕💕

I have just completed my 3 algae peels with Ella, my skin feels and looks amazing- so plump and pores and lines have definitely reduced. Ella is so knowledgable and puts you at ease straight away, she is brilliant at what she does. I am looking forward to my next round of 3!

I had the most gorgeous holistic ritual package with the lovely Erica and couldn’t recommend her more. The treatment included feet, legs, beautiful aromas, back and facial, and every part of it was pure bliss. The smells, the different products, and the overall experience were just amazing. I came away feeling totally relaxed, deeply cared for, and incredibly glowy. Such a soothing, nurturing experience from start to finish. Highly, highly recommend! - Erica i felt Fed! 😉

Erica was absolutely amazing! I wanted relaxation and I got just that! A Swedish massage… nodded off twice! Followed by an Indian head message and fell asleep again! I hope that’s a compliment when a client falls asleep sleep during a massage. See you again soon
