Charlotte truly has healing hands , much evident from her long career in nursing . This was my very first time of reflexology; and I regret why I didn’t do this sooner . Charlotte is such a warm , kind , gentle soul who’s aura along with her touch and healing hands had me in absolute relaxation and left me feeling on Cloud 9 - I already plan to book my mother , sister and gift vouchers for my friends HIGHLY RECOMMEND to all 5 ***** Thankyou kindly Charlotte , when Im next back in Derby I will be booking myself in again with you :)

I had an amazing experience at NESC. I visited them a week before my wedding for an afternoon spa and had 4 treatments done. Medi Pedi, Backcial, Thai Massage and HydraFacial. All of the treatments have been absolutely beautifully done by the knowledgable, Fiz, Sophie and Lucy. I loved them all and have made me feel so relaxed and ready for my wedding. Not only the treatments and their hands are great but also how lovely these ladies are and how well they have looked after and spoiled me, so attentive to the details providing cakes, pastries and drinks in each treatment. A huge thanks! ❤️😘.

I treated myself to a wonderful back massage and facial with Laura and WOW! What a treat it was! The massage was amazing, mid to deep level which I what I love, had loads of knots that she worked on and my lower back, felt so much relief from that and also so relaxed, followed by amazing facial (definitely fell asleep in some parts) full deep cleanse with steam and hot towels, which just makes it all the more luxurious, and again amazing face, neck, should and scalp massage using aromatherapy oils. I honestly walked out there floating! Thanks so much Laura can’t wait for the next appointment x

I got a pregnancy massage done by Clio today and it was amazing! I felt so relaxed. The room ambiance was so calming, the soft spa music, everything was just perfect. Clio made sure I was comfortable and if the pressure was okay. I had to ask Clio to put a bit more pressure and she did just that. It was brilliant! Clio needs a bonus for her soft hands. I felt so relaxed and comfortable with her. If you’re wondering if you should book yourself in for a pregnancy massage then do it! I cannot wait to come back for the massage and facial package soon. The best massage in Derby hands down. It’s always a treat to get a massage by Nalin. I have had many massages around the world and nothing ever compares to Nalin and the services she offers. She goes above and beyond, giving you complimentary water at the end and some freebies like some Easter egg one time when it was Easter. So friendly and approachable and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Had an afternoon tea package with two treatments. Sophie was absolutely amazing, very professional and talented with her hands, definitely felt a release of tension after my massage. The medi pedi left my feet feeling soft and light. The bespoke facial was also brilliant, very relaxing and left my skin feeling fresh and hydrated with a radiant glow. Overall a Lovely Ambience, friendly and welcoming staff and the afternoon tea in the relaxation room was a perfect ending. A lovely experience would definitely recommend.

Nalin was amazing. I had a Thai massage and the pressure was perfect. I felt relaxed and pampered. Just what i needed. I'm just visiting Derby and so glad i found this little gem. If i lived local, i would visit regularly. I will be back next time.
