Gigi is phenomenal! I’ve never seen my cuticles look this good—she’s incredibly detailed and precise. The shape she gave my nails is absolutely beautiful, with the most perfect rounded finish I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to a lot of salons!). Her BIAB application is flawless—honestly, I think she does the best BIAB in Colchester. Highly recommend!

My first time having a chemical peel. Katie is amazing, very kind and sweet but also professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. The whole experience was lovely, included was a little head message, an ice ball face massage which was really soothing and some free samples at the end. With absolutely no pressure to rebook or buy anything despite me asking for some recommendations. I will definitely be back, I’m excited to see the results after a course of treatments. This was my first appointment with Gigi and she explained the health and safety of the equipment and what she was doing at each stage of the BIAB process. She was very thorough with the preparation of my nails (cuticles etc) and they look great. I’ll definitely be going back.

Farin is the best!! The knowledge Farin has is unmatched. From the moment I arrived I felt at ease instantly. Farin told me step by step what was going to happen and what she was doing. Farin took so much care before carrying out the procedure, ultra sounding my lips to work out the depth to inject, and showing me the whole process.
