The spa has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere, and my therapist (Palm is AMAZING!!) was absolutely wonderful. She listened to where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment perfectly. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and genuinely looked after. Worth every cent, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Cairns! Thank you, Palm!

Natural Palm is hands down the best massage place in Cairns. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and everything feels very clean, calm, and professional from the moment you walk in. Palm was extremely professional, attentive, and skilled. I felt completely taken care of throughout the whole session. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Natural Palm Day Spa has a beautifully tranquil setting that relaxes you the moment you walk in. The staff are welcoming, great attention to detail and prioritise your comfort above all else. My partner and I got a 3 hour couples package, I cannot rate highly enough and would go as far to say this is the best massage I’ve received in Cairns.

I am absolutely thrilled to find DJ. After a botched haircut 2 weeks ago l got to the stage that l could not put up with my hair 1 more day. After reading 4 hours of reviews l crossed my fingers and decided to make an appointment with DJ at Suede. It was 1am in the morning when l went to make an appointment. I couldn't believe it when he had an appointment for 4pm that day. It was meant to be. DJ is certainly a professional and knows his stuff. I have now found my new hairdresser in Cairns. I would highly recommend DJ 👌

Best in Cairns is an understatement. Rosie as always exceeded my expectations 10x over I’ve been going to her since 2019 and she has never disappointed me. She is an absolute beautiful person inside and out and I’m also having the best conversations with her. She always makes me feel comfortable and 9x out of 10 I always end up falling asleep on her comfy lounge that she does her beautiful lashes on and she is so general 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 love love love her so much 🌸🫶🏻❤️

Absolutely amazing. I have been going to Rosie for a short period of time, but my lashes feel great. They don’t sting or irritate my eyes as past ones have from different services. I am extremely impressed by the amazing quality of the lashes, the fantastic service that Rosie gives and the beautiful setting that Rosie gives that makes you very relaxed whilst I get my lashes done.
