This was my first visit to the beautiful Antonella. I'd highly recommend as my experience was truly welcoming. This salon is a one on one with great attention to a client's hair needs as each person's hair is different. Marie is an amazing colourist with a wealth of experience, and passion to make your hair shine. After 30 years of having foils I’ve had ALL the experiences (blondes you know what I’m saying) and Marie is the best I’ve come across. Her blonde is fresh, bright, natural, and all without a trace of damage to my aging treated hair. I hesitate to let the secret out, but she is honestly one of Cairns very best colourists. I feel safe and comfortable with my blonde in her hands, you can trust her professionalism and experience to give you the most gorgeous blonde without any of the stress or damage.

Very relaxing. Not like the usual “busy” salons I have experienced in the past in Cairns. I felt like I was treated with dignity & respect. Every ingredient was explained to me. Sally was very thoughtful, asked me what tea I would like to drink during the foot spa session, & engaged in providing quality time with my feet, toes and lower limb massage. I will be returning to Serene Retreat when I am in Cairns again next. Serene Retreat is now my new chosen place of serenity for receiving an ultimate pedicure and massage.

Kiara was so professional and lovely. I have unusual, shaped eyes and often lash extensions, can make them looked closed or aged. I am 43 and had a conference to attend and later this week a wedding. I asked Kiara for lashes that were elegant and looked natural. Kiara achieved this look effortlessly, and she and the whole experience was delightful from the moment I stepped into the clinic to the moment I stepped out.
