As always, my treatment today went perfectly with Janine. I've had various treatments done now and I've been so happy with the results every time. I have been to a few different different clinics over the years but now I've been here I wont go elsewhere. Janine is not only really professional, explaining the treatments in detail but she puts me at ease instantly.

This was my first time visiting the salon today and can't fault the place from the cleanliness to the knowledge their staff have. Everything was properly explained to me in depth to ensure I was receiving the correct treatment for my skin worries. I was impressed with the machine that they use to take photos of your skin and the layers underneath to detect what damage has been caused and point you in the direction of the best treatment for you. I love how a plan has been put in place tailored to my needs to help me on my skin journey. Left the salon feeling fresh faced and more knowledgeable.

I started laser hair removal today and it was a great experience! My aesthetician made me feel very comfortable and she was super gently. She also explained the procedure to me step by step throughout the process so that I would understand everything. I also received adequate aftercare information.
