Sienna made me feel at ease straight away, she listened to my requests and had the perfect pressure. Very relaxing treatment and environment.

My Hot stone massage was very relaxing and Alicia was extremely attentive and professional, checking to make sure the pressure was ok and also that I was comfortable, not too hot or cold. She made the experience more indulgent and enjoyable and I felt completely relaxed

Charlotte was good but I had an appointment with Lena who apparently dosen't work there anymore and I wasn't advised of this. I also would not have booked a Thursday as I work this day but Lena said it was the only time she could fit me in. I think this was unprofessional to not be advised of this earlier particularly when I had a call to confirm my appointment yesterday.

Sienna was very understanding of what I wanted to achieve from the treatment and very professional. She offered me a great package for my next series of treatments as well.

Good. Thankyou I like listening to really soft music with no lyrics when I’m having a facial and massage. A song with synthesiser, the sound of water and birds is lovely and relaxing. I find piano music and singing, really distracting and hard to relax.
