I had a wonderful facial which was incredibly relaxing and indulgent, the therapist who conducted the facial was kind and polite and instantly made me feel relaxed and my skin was glowing afterwards , however I had booked 2 treatments back to back and was informed afterwards that I had a 30 minute window before my pedicure as the facial had ‘finished early’ which left me wondering if it should have been a longer treatment. The pedicure was a little rushed and the therapist who gave me the treatment wasn’t particularly warm or welcoming however my pedicure was very good.

All the staff at olive beauty are really welcoming and friendly. I have had three treatments with Gosia (a back facial and 2 massages) and I could not fault any of them she is fantastic. I have already booked to return. Thank you for a great experience! Highly recommended :)

My treatment was great, the only annoyance was I booked this appointment in November, the appointment was changed by the salon in January to a date that did not suit so I changed it to early Saturday. This was then changed due to staff unavailability to an afternoon appointment. This in turn led to all car parks and high street parking areas being full. I had to park some distance away and walk in heavy rain. I know these things are unavoidable at times but I booked my original date as I was off work that day

I have been getting my eyebrows regularly threaded by Sabrina for years now and she does them perfectly every time without fail. I also regularly have LVL lash lifts and have been going for microneedling for a few sessions which is also clearing my face as needed. I love how I can come to Sabrina for multiple treatments. I have had my nails done here and Lydia is also my regular hairdresser. You really have everything beauty under one roof. I will forever use the services for the foreseeable.

Sabrina always takes time to know what treatment will best work for me. She is also careful and knowledgeable expert in IPL and brows.

I always feel great when I leave Proper. Sabrina is super professional and always takes the time to review my treatments so we know what’s next. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a wonderful day I've had today being spoilt by the lovely, Sabrina Sagoo. I've had, Gel nails to my feet and hands, plus eyebrow threading and tint and eyelash lift and tint. Sabrina is a lovely lady, very professional with an immaculate eye for detail. Her premises in Chicheley are clean, calm and very relaxing. Not the easiest to find but I was given fantastic directions to get there. Proper Beauty (their business name) offer a wide range of beauty and hair treatments. Will definitely return.
