I took my mother in to get a Radiant Glow facial by Luby. My mother is in her 70s and was extremely happy with the service. It's been a couple of days now, and she feels her skin is fresh, smooth, and very soft. I received an IPL treatment, spot treatment, extraction, and facial tools from Olivia. All the services were exceptionally well done, and I can already see the improvement. I will definitely be going back for more treatments. I had an amazing experience with Olga, I felt pampered and relax after the Pumpkin enzyme peel facial with cryo thermal sculpting tool massage, my skin felt soft and smooth. They also used beautiful organic products. The ambiance of the spa is calming and clean. I’m so grateful for the treatment I’ve received, I would definitely comeback again.

It was a whole new experience getting the “honey” treatment. What is a common treatment in the Ukraine is very unique here. The massage is as intense as it is relaxing. Good for the body and the soul. While it is supposed to have incredible detoxing benefits I also noted the extreme relaxation benefits. It is hard for me to relax so this is a big fete.

Olga was friendly, kind, and professional. She was easy to chat with and communicated every step of the way. She was meticulous - she checked my opinion multiple times while waxing my brows and checked my legs twice to see if she missed any hairs and plucked any strays. Plastic cover on bed was a big turn off. My practitioner listened to my skin concerns and recommended another treatment that would better fit my needs. I'd appreciate it if I was informed for each step (e.g., type of product, leave mask on for X minutes, tools).

Harman has been great! I have had a total of 18 laser hair removal appointments with her within the last year. During each session she took her time to make sure everything was comfortable and checked in with me if I was uncomfortable during the treatment. She kept track of my hair growth and catered the treatment accordingly. If you are thinking of getting laser hair removal, I would definitely recommend going to Liveo.
