I've been seeing tori for years and couldnt be happier with her. She's the third person i havd seen for botox and fillers and she's now my ride or die! Not only has she reduced occurance of migraines by botoxing my masseters so i don't grind my teeth, she also tailers my botox (I'm pretty picky with botox) so that I retain some wrinkes when i frown. She has fixed a previously botched set of lip fillers (removing migrated filler and lumps on my wetline) and is very clear on the "why's and how's" to proceed. I love having juicy lips and she has approached them with great care and caution.

I have been going to Queen Brows for several years now, and have had several different treats with Heidi.... eye brow tattoo, skin needling, IPL and led light therapy just to name a few. She is amazing!! I would highly recommend Heidi, she is a true perfectionist!!

First rate, Sara has an engaging personality that makes you feel immediately that you are in the right hands. You instantly know that the treatment will be good and you come out looking fantastic. How do I know this you ask?? My treatment on Thursday was all of the above. I not only looked great i felt so happy that I booked in with her. 10/10

I had an Advanced Plasma Facial with Heidi and it was AMAZING! I saw a huge difference immediately after. My pigmentation had faded significantly and my skin was so hydrated and glowing. I've had a lot of different treatments and facials at other places with varying success. But I've never achieved such great results after just once treatment like it did with this. I'll definitely be booking in for another.

The shop was clean, Sara was well dressed and cheerful. I was ushered into a treatment room and then the magic happened. Sara talked to me about each stage, told me exactly what she was doing and why. She gave explanations of why my skin was the way it was and how without using nasty drugs or anything that would harm me she could fix it. She did. Abra cadabra... I looked beautiful. I think she has an excellent knowledge on what she does and her professionalism made me feel safe and when she was done, Sara gave me instructions on the post care regime. Excellent service. Sara is an amazing beauty therapist, cannot recommend her enough. She delivers on all her treatments. I love her honesty and it's great how she informs you before and after treatments how things are to roll. So refreshing to deal with a great human being who is not only good at what she does, but is also kind and empathic. Her customer service skills are phenomenal.
