I have been going to Queen Brows for several years now, and have had several different treats with Heidi.... eye brow tattoo, skin needling, IPL and led light therapy just to name a few. She is amazing!! I would highly recommend Heidi, she is a true perfectionist!!

The shop was clean, Sara was well dressed and cheerful. I was ushered into a treatment room and then the magic happened. Sara talked to me about each stage, told me exactly what she was doing and why. She gave explanations of why my skin was the way it was and how without using nasty drugs or anything that would harm me she could fix it. She did. Abra cadabra... I looked beautiful. I had an Advanced Plasma Facial with Heidi and it was AMAZING! I saw a huge difference immediately after. My pigmentation had faded significantly and my skin was so hydrated and glowing. I've had a lot of different treatments and facials at other places with varying success. But I've never achieved such great results after just once treatment like it did with this. I'll definitely be booking in for another.

Sara is an amazing beauty therapist, cannot recommend her enough. She delivers on all her treatments. I love her honesty and it's great how she informs you before and after treatments how things are to roll. So refreshing to deal with a great human being who is not only good at what she does, but is also kind and empathic. Her customer service skills are phenomenal.
