I booked one of the luxe packages and having more mature skin this was so beneficial and I definitely can see and feel the difference. Heidi was fantastic! Professional, honest, neat and maintained above and beyond of hygiene standards at all times! Overall a SME👌🏼☝️ The salon is also located in a delight spot and has a minimal yet classy decor in my opinion, which I liked. I am a return costumer due to my previous pleasant experiences I have had at Queen Brows and Skin!

I have been going to Queen Brows for several years now, and have had several different treats with Heidi.... eye brow tattoo, skin needling, IPL and led light therapy just to name a few. She is amazing!! I would highly recommend Heidi, she is a true perfectionist!!

I had an Advanced Plasma Facial with Heidi and it was AMAZING! I saw a huge difference immediately after. My pigmentation had faded significantly and my skin was so hydrated and glowing. I've had a lot of different treatments and facials at other places with varying success. But I've never achieved such great results after just once treatment like it did with this. I'll definitely be booking in for another.

The shop was clean, Sara was well dressed and cheerful. I was ushered into a treatment room and then the magic happened. Sara talked to me about each stage, told me exactly what she was doing and why. She gave explanations of why my skin was the way it was and how without using nasty drugs or anything that would harm me she could fix it. She did. Abra cadabra... I looked beautiful. I think she has an excellent knowledge on what she does and her professionalism made me feel safe and when she was done, Sara gave me instructions on the post care regime. Excellent service.
