Absolutely love my visits to Evoke Aphrodite. The Sauna has a beautiful view and is such a lovely way to start before a lymphatic drainage massage. Tayla has magic hands and is so knowledgeable! Can’t wait for my next visit!

I was booked in for a sauna session. A wonderful experience from start to finish. I received a warm welcome which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. The studio itself is gorgeous, and the sauna was fantastic. I love love loved that you have your own room including shower. I will be recommending Zadig Studio - Newcastle to others and will be back. A beautifully relaxing experience from the moment we walked in the door. Our first time in an infrared sauna, Priscilla explained how to control all of the adjustable settings. Having the iPad available for music was an added bonus and to top it off a very welcomed rain shower afterward. Will definitely be back for more!

Lovely! My favourite part was the sauna with ocean views

Amazing. Tayla is exceptional at what she does. She is warm and caring and knowledgeable. I loved sitting in the sauna overlooking the calm ocean. I felt immediate relief from a fullness feeling in my head and neck and my upper abdomen. I can't wait to go back next week.

I used the infrared sauna and the whole space is beautiful. A great experience and so relaxing. Look forward to visiting in the future!

Absolutely amazing. First off I had the Red light therapy, then the compression, the the cryo and finished off with the infrared sauna. Hailey made me feel so very welcome and at ease. I did the ice bath today and felt so supported throughout the session Sarah made me feel confident and comfortable in the ice bath and it got me through it so easily! I couldn’t recommend cultivate enough, such a good space to have in Newcastle to relax and recover.
