Cryotherapy has been literally life saving for me. I recently had a pap smear ( 4 mths ago) & my results came back as abnormal as there were cancer cells found. I couldn’t get into my gynaecologist specialist for a few months but I continued with my weekly Cryo & red light sessions. Finally my appointment came & my results showed no cancer at all. She asked me what have you been doing? Exercise, clean eating & regular cryotherapy sessions… Obviously I’m over the moon with my results & will continue my weekly Cryo sessions to keep as healthy as I possibly can 🙏🙌💕

I highly recommend Chelsea (beauty and remedial therapist). She was very thorough and she handled me with so much care. I love her attention to detail and the way she carefully handled and tattooed my eyebrows. She’s quite knowledgeable and a good conversationalist. I will definitely come back.

I recently tried a cryotherapy session, and it was such a unique experience! When I stepped into the chamber, I was a bit nervous about the cold, but the staff explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The temperature dropped quickly, and it was definitely intense, but it only lasted a few minutes. During the session, I felt a tingling sensation all over my body, and afterward, I felt surprisingly energised and refreshed. The whole process was quick, and I’d definitely consider doing it again!
