As I walked in the girl in the front desk greeted me with kindness. Adriana then proceeded with asking me what service I wanted and haircut. She was attentive and she knew exactly what I wanted. She proceeded with washing my hair and let me tell you the products she used left my scalp and hair feeling brand new. My hair literally felt like it drank gallons of water. Adriana cut and styled my hair, and she was so much fun. Will definitely come back for when I add some highlights or color.

I took a chance and tried Salon One 9 for the first time. After years of going to a different salon, I wasn’t loving my hair it was time for a change. Michelle was very patient and kind to me. She wanted to make sure she understood what I was asking for. She did her best to make sure I was satisfied. And offered me different options . My hair was already damaged so I decided to try some highlights and toner for now and get to my desired blonde in a few sessions so my hair wouldn’t get even more damaged. I also got a trim. Friendly environment . A little pricey but i will be back.

I had a great haircut and treatment experience at this salon in Rowland Heights. My stylist is from Hong Kong and did an amazing job — very professional and detail-oriented. He kept checking in with me throughout the haircut, asking for my preferences and making sure I was happy with every step. The cut looks very clean and natural, and the hair treatment made my hair feel much healthier and smoother. The overall vibe was comfortable and relaxing, and I never felt rushed. I really appreciated how attentive and patient the stylist was.

I went in for dye, highlights and a cut. I wanted to start growing out my grey. I asked for something that would help it go out and look natural. Yangi did my hair. My experience: This is my first time doing a full-head dye in LA. I was indecisive in between getting ash grey color (requires bleaching) and brown color (no bleach). I took a very long time deciding, but they were very patient and told me not to worry. Both Alex and Kiki have very professional skills and finished in a timely manner. They offered me water and make sure I was doing okay every 20 mins-ish. The vibe at the salon was great, there was nice background music played. The salon is very clean. This is definitely a place that I will go back again and it's highly recommended!

Yangji, a stylish and attentive stylist, helped me choose the perfect shade, and I’m thrilled with the results. I took advantage of Thanksgiving break to get my hair dyed in a black tea shade, and I’m obsessed! It looks super natural, textured, and classy. Highly recommend my stylist, Liam! He was incredibly patient — my hair is thick and a lot to handle, and he still spent nearly three hours working on it with so much detail. I’ll definitely be going back next time!
