I’ve been going to Jeoin since I moved to Singapore in 2023. I have very curly hair, and despite the fact that hers is naturally straight, she always cuts it like she’s a naturally curly-haired person. She listens to my wants, provides me her guidance and opinions, and then cuts away. I’ve always walked away a satisfied customer loving my new look. The salon is great and very centrally located in the Tanglin area. They offer scalp and shoulder massages and beverages, as part of their service. I would highly recommend Trimmings and Jeoin if you’re in need of a cut or new stylist.

The costumer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in Singapore when I got my hair done and wasn’t satisfied they offered to redo it without me having to pay extra and I was very pleased with the final results. Shuya and receptionist were warm and inviting. Did a cut + Tokio treatment + colour session here. Felt pampered like a princess. Overall, great service, excellent skills. Shuya converse very well in English. Hidden gem at the central of Singapore. 👍🏼

Ayumi was my stylist for today - welcome to Singapore! Thank you for being kind, patient and professional. Like the rest of the staff, there was no hard-selling and no small talk initiated (though i did so, of my own volition), which makes it a great environment for introverts like me. The salon was also bright, clean and spacious as usual. I would return for sure!

I was visiting Singapore and wanted to get a haircut + highlights, Sankakkei is close to Chintown and a very convenient location, most importantly they open early at 8a and had appointments available. Erica was wonderful, super sweet and very professional, gave me solid recommendation for highlight color and was very friendly and easy to work with. I would’ve spend more in the US but gotten half of the service, and I was super happy with my cut and color!!

Roy is always the barber I look for whenever I come in. Every haircut with him is consistently 100% top-notch the attention to detail, precision, and care he puts into his work really shows. He takes the time to understand exactly what I want and somehow manages to exceed expectations every single time. Honestly, I’d say Roy is one of the best barbers in Singapore. I've been to at least 10 different Japanese hair salons in Singapore over the years but I would say only Key's left a superb impression. It isn't luxurious or swanky like many of the Jap salons in SG. It had a very down-to-earth, friendly vibes that made the experience positive from the moment I entered the salon. Best thing was the outstanding job by Chika san. I had a haircut, colour and smoothing treatment. The haircut turned out better than expected. And the hair colour was a pretty but subtle ash brown, which was exactly what i had wanted (but couldn't get at other salons). So happy!

It’s my first visit and I had a wonderful experience. The salon is well located near Chinatown. It is spacious, clean with a minimalist vibe. My hair stylist is Carmen. She’s warm, friendly and super attentive. She gave me great advice about my hair style and shared great tips on hair care. I reckon this is one of the best hair salons I have ever visited in Singapore. The staff has great attention to detail. I am extremely pleased with my haircut, colour and treatment. I felt so light, fresh and glowing. I highly recommend this hair salon and I will definitely come back again ☺️

Clearly , he must be their top student - possessing not just the right technical skills, a good aesthetic sense and a well mannered polite disposition. My mom and I had a spa day here during our Singapore trip, and it was amazing! Zoey was so knowledgeable and attentive, and she tailored our treatments perfectly. My mom got a scalp treatment, and I got a non-bleach color, hydro boost, and cut. We both loved our results! If you’re staying in the north of Singapore, This is the place to visit to pamper your skin! You would be greeted to a clean place that was welcoming, and had a charming and relaxing ambience. I like that the place had up to date equipment and organised with quality products. Nanee came across a very experienced facialist, who offered advise upon requests, and cared to share tips and information without being overwhelming. She was gentle during the whole process of the facial and explained the different processes that was about to take place so that was really assuring for a first timer.
