I had 24 inch extensions fitted by Nik and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. Because my natural hair had highlighted tips, he had to custom colour match the extensions to blend seamlessly with my own hair and he absolutely nailed it. I genuinely cannot tell where my natural hair ends & the extensions begin. The blend is flawless and the finish looks so natural and full. He took so much care with the colour match and placement, and the overall result is just beautiful. I’ve had so many compliments already! Thank you so much Nik! Emily did an amazing job with my hair it was just the tonic I needed! I had half head highlights with a cut and finish the head massage was lovely. Emily listens carefully to what you want I would highly recommend her.

Claire did a cut and colour for me and then her and Carley made me look really nice for a work photo. They took photos for me to send for a work profile and made me look so nice. Nothing too much trouble. All the staff here are lovely. Great experience every time. Good pricing and always feel welcome ❤️

I want to say a huge thank you to Emily and Kerys, who went above and beyond during my last appointment. I was told at the last minute that I’d need to join a work call during my visit, and these two lovely ladies made sure everything ran smoothly. They timed the application of my hair dye perfectly so I could step away for the call, and even arranged a quiet space for me to take it. They could see I was feeling nervous, and they did everything they could to help me feel calm and comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism truly made all the difference—thank you both so much!
