I have been going to Barry Alan since moving to Norwich during Covid and have always had the most wonderful experience. From Barry himself to Kat and many of their other stylists, I am always incredibly happy with the advice they give me and the colour as sell as cuts I get. I could not recommend Barry Alan more. Friendly, professional and top class consistently over the years.

I often visit spas outside of Norwich, but this was a nice find and local to me. I had the chocolate ritual, it was very nice! I felt refreshed and my skin felt hydrated. Products also smelled amazing. Thank you!

Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Simi is simply the best. I had dark box dyed hair and Simi has worked wonders lightening it and blending, so my grey roots are more or less unnoticeable. Excellent hairdresser and all round great human. Would 100% recommend 😃

Amazing service. I had been colouring my own hair for years and needed some desperate professional help. Ellise has always been super welcoming, professional and never judged my dodgy home dye jobs. I now have beautiful blonde hair with some stunning extensions. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone. She has a life long customer now 🙂
