Nico is hands down the best hairdresser in London. I am absolutely obsessed with my hair. The colour and cut are beyond phenomenal, and the results speak for themselves. His level of technical skill paired with true artistic vision is rare. Nico doesn’t just do hair, he creates masterpieces. On top of being insanely talented, Nico is also incredibly kind, generous, and understanding, which makes the whole experience even better. I leave feeling confident, excited, and genuinely thrilled every single time. I would never trust my hair with anyone else, Nico is simply exceptional!

This was such a lovely experience, Glaysson goes out of his way to make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in the door. He had the perfect balance of being so fun to talk to and so attentive to getting your hair exactly how you wanted it. This was genuinely such a lovely experience and was such a positive start to my trip to london. I couldn’t recommend Glaysson enough to Londoners, it was such a relaxing and friendly atmosphere and I was over the moon with my hair. Thank you Glaysson :-)

Second time here in Hayato, but an Art Director named Taiki cut my hair today. From the welcoming to shampooing and the complimentary shoulder and back massage and the haircut that I requested - AMAZING!!! Very personalized service! I can’t go to any other Salons anymore because I didn’t want to be disappointed. Hayato London always brings out the best in you! Highly recommended!!!

What can I say about Brooke ? She is a wonderful, beautiful and affectionate person. When I saw her, I loved her for her modesty and kindness . She performs her work to the fullest, listens to you and advises you in all choices. As well , Jade is wonderful and kindness she performs her work perfectly . I also loved her. Today, my day was wonderful with them. I advise you to go to them because this salon is one of the most wonderful salons in London.

Shan is amazing. Takes her time and makes sure I’m aware of each step of the process and helps me achieve what I want as well as sharing her knowledge of what would work for me and my hair. Super talented. She’s also the loveliest! I’ve been the Yu 3 times since moving to London after doing my research to find a place that I felt could achieve what I want. No regrets 😌✨ Both jade and Shan made me feel super welcome and taken care of from the first time I stepped in the salon - which is beautiful btw and such a nice, calm environment. Another balayage and haircut done yesterday, and my hair looks better, healthier, and more beautiful every single time I visit Izabella's salon. Izabella is incredibly talented and truly gifted at what she does. Her whole team is amazing, the iced coffee was delicious, and the salon itself is always immaculate and welcoming. 10/10 — I would recommend her to anyone in London looking for stunning, healthy hair. I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time. The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.
