Elaine was, as always, excellent today. I am 63, have very fine hair, and many hairdressers find it hard to make it look good. I have a mixture of bleach, high lift and the other third my natural colour. Elaine has so much experience and knowledge, which she has imparted to me. I have had highlights in previous years and found hair coming out on my brush through over bleaching. I don’t lose any at all now. She really is at the top of her profession and is also a very nice and easy going person. I recommend her 💯 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Elaine was her usual brilliantly talented self. Had my highlights redone. Wow! I looked ten years younger🥳. She really is at the top of her profession. Her choice of highlift colour and bleaching, plus quantities of each were spot on ….. and the way she cut my baby-fine hair was brilliant. I feel like a different person. Can’t recommend Elaine highly enough! Definitely a full🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My hair is very fine and whispy. Samara provided highlights with Opalex treatment and I cannot believe how much different my hair looks. It appears alot thicker. Lovely cut and finish with restyle and really happy with the colour.. Never disappointed. Thanks again Samara

For beautifully taming my unruly mane 🦁 Taking me from a very warm faded auburn to creamy blonde with a smudged root for low maintenance up keep! My first time very pleasantly surprised Tamara did a very good job will certainly visit again when I am next in Grimsby

Katie is so precise and thorough. Had root colour and highlights. Was there over three hours, nearing the end of the blow dry I wasn’t happy with a small thing. Katie immediately rectified it for me and I was delighted at the result. Lovely girl an asset to the Hair Gallery

Becca was friendly and welcoming and the environment was conducive to wellbeing: very calm and inviting. My eyebrows were the best yet, my first time here and will definitely be back. I loved the the tint was applied several times building colour gradually with such care and attention. The colour was checked between each application of the tint. The result very naturally shaped and coloured eyebrows. Many thanks 🙏
