I received incredible service from Madoka and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina - both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures, they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

I can’t remember the name of the stylist, but she was young. New to Vancouver. I 100% recommend her for a blow out. It’s 3 days later and my hair still looks great!

Bailee is a great hair stylist and did a great job at colouring my roots and styling my hair. The reason for a four star is that the cost ended up being higher at the end because of the extra products that needed to be used on my hair.

It was my first time getting my hair dyed so I thought I was being quite ambitious with my choice of style and colour, but Fiona walked me through the process during my entire 5+ hour appointment to help me better understand why she was doing so and so! She was patient and kind with me even as I was a bit clumsy during the process, and I appreciate that a lot since I’m a somewhat shy and anxious person. My friends absolutely adore my new hair, and they were equally as excited as I was to see the final product! Thank you so much Fiona and to the other staff as well!

Bisou Hair Salon is excellent in their hair care service. I went as a walk-in and got my hair cut and roots done twice. I personally liked the clean ambience and professionalism from start to end in their service. Its really worth every penny spent. I would definitely recommend this salon to my friends. Jamie did an incredible job! This was my second appointment, and once again I’m so impressed with the results. She took the time to truly understand my needs and carefully analyzed the right color and haircut for my hair. The final result looks amazing, I honestly can’t stop admiring it. If you’re looking for a skilled Korean hair stylist who understands face shape and knows how to create the right layered haircut, Jamie is the one to go to. I’ll definitely be back, and if Jamie ever opens her own salon, I’d follow without hesitation. Highly recommend!

I had a great time at the Saloon. My hair colour specialist Angel did an awesome job and I really liked the way she handled my curly hair with utmost care. She was constantly checking if I needed anything and if I am comfortable. Also, she didn't forget to bring me some snacks and tea ❤️. I loved my hair after coloring. I really recommend this saloon. First time here. Got root perm,cut. A little misunderstanding aft cut stylist didn’t know I booked perm appt as well so ended up taking a longer time waiting inbtwn her clients to get the perm done which I had time anyways. I have super straight hair so a little volume at crown and bangs was great!! Background:I’ve always had permed hair for 30 yrs cuz I hate straight hair but somehow now I have more bleached hair so any perm is a NONO. It’s just using curling irons now. I will def come back once roots get flat again.

My overall experience at DZ was great. I had my hair cut and colored by Jade. I was looking to add some layers to my fine, straight and sometimes wavy hair, which is not the easiest thing. She added the layers without making my hair look too thin, while keeping its length. She also did the coloring, which turned out exactly as I wanted. I was overall happy with my experience. Jade is very professional and welcoming.
