I visited Ora No 1 for the first time after it was recommended by a friend and I could not be happier with the experience. I came in to return my hair to a natural colour for a new job, along with a haircut to feel refreshed for the new year. Jia was exceptionally warm and attentive, taking the time to walk me through the process and ensure I felt comfortable at every step. The entire appointment was calm and relaxing, and I left feeling confident, refreshed, and very well looked after. I am so glad I booked with Jia and will absolutely be returning.

I have very fine hair and live a very active lifestyle (gym, horses, swimming, travel). Ive tried other salons but the extensions would always slipped within weeks. Skye's work is incredible; my first set lasted three months, no slips! Now on my second set, I'll never go elsewhere. My hair looks natural, and the blonde color match is perfect. My skin and hair felt amazing after the experience but also the next day! I was half asleep during the experience at a point there, which speaks levels of relaxation. I just wished I had grabbed some of the skin moisturiser that they used at the end of the treatment (if any was available to buy). Thank you so much! Lovely atmoshere, and very clean. I booked in for an eyebrow and eyelash tint. The whole experience was amazing! Sophia took the time to ask questions prior to the treatment, and checked in a couple of times to ensure I was happy with my eyebrows. The outcome was exactly what I wanted. My eyebrows look much fuller and the colour suggested was a perfect match (brown) suited my skin tone. I can now go without mascara for some time. The treatment bed is so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. Definitely coming back.
