Been going to Jacky since I found her ad in the local Bedford newspaper and the salon was located in the Arcade. Now the salon is located on Castle Lane with the sun streaming into the salon when the sun is shining like today. I stepped out of the Salon today after my haircut feeling amazing! Thank you Jacky!

IMy first experience with the lovely girls at The hair exchange, very lovely salon and friendly atmosphere. I haven’t had my hair cut professionally for atleast 3 years since co.19. My confidence was reassured by Kelly who was fantastic, with very warm welcome! I’m so pleased with my hair now after some much needed TLC, we decided to go for a cut, toner and balayage package with beautiful caramel tones. I will recommend Kelly & team to everyone, extremely happy.

I was listened to about what I wanted, in fact I didn't know what I really wanted. I had a vague idea of maybe having a coppery highlight and Kelly took over, mixed a colour and I couldn't be more delighted with how it has turned out. When I first came to the salon I had lost lots of hair and lacked confidence about the state of it. I am so grateful for the kindness I have been shown. Thank you very much.

Grace gave me an amazing blow-dry. My hair can be quite difficult to manage, but she made it look beautifully silky, smooth and full of soft waves. I absolutely love the result, and it made me feel wonderful. She has such a calm, professional manner and is clearly very knowledgeable. I felt completely confident in her hands and would highly recommend her.

Jamie was great, and my hair looks finally looks fab ! Jamie really took the time to talk about what I wanted and how my curly would look. She took the extra time to fully style my hair and showed me how to try and recreate this myself, with curly hair it's been a lifetime struggle to find a hairdresser who actually works with my curls not just cuts my hair so thank you Jamie I will definitely be back and it was worth the journey from Bedford.
