10/10 experience. From the moment I walked in, staff listened to what I wanted, but was also realistic with me in what I was able to achieve based on my hair. They listened to my concerns every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my hair. They educated me and recommended products to make sure I'm able to upkeep and maintain my hair. David even went beyond the services I originally came in for, giving me a partial keratin treatment and dust-cut to make ensure I left there confidently. Loved the staff, would absolutely recommend & return back as a customer.

Chi is wonderful. I visited on a trip to NYC to see my daughter and in need of getting my roots done as well as a treatment to eliminate the frizz. I left with gorgeous hair and tips to keep it that way for a while. Thanks, Chi!

Amazing! Clean, professional, on time. The treatments felt phenomenal, I felt something of a high afterward. The staff is friendly too but not overbearing. Highly recommend! My hair feels so healthy and silky all day after too!

I did the scalp & hair treatment with a haircut and the experience was phenomenal! Everyone was super nice and friendly. They were upfront about pricing, telling me the total before I started. Amazing experience at Gili. The ambience is fantastic. So peaceful and welcoming. I had the hair and facial treatment and I feel so restored and refreshed. I don’t often do these treatments because I have sensitive skin. But this was gentle and so nice. I’ll definitely be back!

She gave my hair a treatment to remove the yellow stain of my white & gray hair caused by a product I used. And to add elegance, she did cut my hair with care and professionally blow dried. And eventually the result made me smile & refreshed feeling. You can be beautiful person because they make sure clients are treated well with excellence. Decode Salon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had an outstanding experience at Decode Salon, located at 210 Centre Street, New York 10013. The Professionalism of Qiu, Debbie provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. I opted for the Milbon Japanese hair treatment, Hair Color, and weeks after keratin treatment, and I very happy with the results. Qiu’s expertise shone through as he expertly assessed my hair's needs recommended the best treatments for me. The Milbon treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft and revitalized, while the Keratin treatment. I highly recommend!

Love the treatment and my haircut!

Last year I accompanied my friend to V&C Image and she got a haircut, scalp massage, and blow-dry, and she only had to pay $60 for everything. Yesterday, I got a keratin treatment at their salon for $450. They suggested a dry haircut since I can't wash my hair in 3 days for the same treatment, and it had an $80 surcharge. I didn't expect the haircut to be free, but I did expect it to be a bit more equivalent since it was just a trim without a blow-dry, and I didn't ask for it and it was in addition to the initial treatment. Mina did an amazing job once again! My hair color came out absolutely perfect — vibrant, natural, and exactly what I wanted. The conditioning treatment left my hair so soft, shiny, and healthy. She is professional, attentive, and really takes her time to make sure everything turns out beautifully. I left feeling refreshed and confident. Definitely a 5-star experience as usual!

Beautiful work done by a professional and friendly staff, who make you feel comfortable and welcome. Lola is my stylist who cuts and colors my hair to perfection. Nesa, who shampoos and applies treatments, is so thorough that my hair was squeaky clean and she doesn’t rush through the process either. The blowouts are beautifully done too.
