This was my first time visiting Casagrande, and I was desperate to give my curly hair a refresh and learn more about how to take care of my curls. Laiz was very thorough with her explanations about the trichoscopy exam, and recommended a new treatment I never tried before to soothe my scalp. My hair and skin is quite sensitive, but Laiz gave some lovely product recommendations and how to improve my hair care routine. She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient! Laiz, thank you for boosting my confidence and reminding me that all curly hairstyles can be beautiful. Obrigada!!

10/10 experience. From the moment I walked in, staff listened to what I wanted, but was also realistic with me in what I was able to achieve based on my hair. They listened to my concerns every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my hair. They educated me and recommended products to make sure I'm able to upkeep and maintain my hair. David even went beyond the services I originally came in for, giving me a partial keratin treatment and dust-cut to make ensure I left there confidently. Loved the staff, would absolutely recommend & return back as a customer.

I recently visited Jamal for a silk press, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish he was professional, attentive and really took the time to ensure my hair was perfectly straightened without any damage. I had an incredible experience with Chi. This was easily the best haircut I have had. I have very fine curly hair and have always struggled with the volume while maintaining curl definition. Chi was able to provide a beautiful shape to my hair that flattered my face. Throughout the entire process Chi explained what she was doing and taught me how to style it to make sure I’m getting the lift I was looking for. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help learning how to take care of their hair!

My daughter and I have been coming here for years. Very friendly and professional service. Shirley does a wonderful job with coloring our hair and providing keratin treatments. Checkers is a master and perfectionist in cutting hair.

I opted for the Milbon Japanese hair treatment, Hair Color, and weeks after keratin treatment, and I very happy with the results. Qiu’s expertise shone through as he expertly assessed my hair's needs recommended the best treatments for me.
