10/10 experience. From the moment I walked in, staff listened to what I wanted, but was also realistic with me in what I was able to achieve based on my hair. They listened to my concerns every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my hair. They educated me and recommended products to make sure I'm able to upkeep and maintain my hair. David even went beyond the services I originally came in for, giving me a partial keratin treatment and dust-cut to make ensure I left there confidently. Loved the staff, would absolutely recommend & return back as a customer.

I recently visited Jamal for a silk press, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish he was professional, attentive and really took the time to ensure my hair was perfectly straightened without any damage. The entire process was smooth and I loved how soft and shiny my hair looked afterward. Jamal truly knows what he’s doing and I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments!

I just got my 2nd haircut with Chi. My first one was last fall when I was working in NYC for a few months,. I loved the asymmetrical style she gave me so much that I returned this weekend though I'm only visiting the city for a few days. My salon in San Francisco just doesn't match up! Chi has an eye for what will look good, and makes it happen with such ease.

I've been going to West Vibe Salon regularly, and I can't say enough good things about César and Maria! César is an absolute artist when it comes to hair! This was my first time visiting Casagrande, and I was desperate to give my curly hair a refresh and learn more about how to take care of my curls. Laiz was very thorough with her explanations about the trichoscopy exam, and recommended a new treatment I never tried before to soothe my scalp. My hair and skin is quite sensitive, but Laiz gave some lovely product recommendations and how to improve my hair care routine. She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient! My daughter and I have been coming here for years. Very friendly and professional service. Shirley does a wonderful job with coloring our hair and providing keratin treatments. Checkers is a master and perfectionist in cutting hair.

Last year I accompanied my friend to V&C Image and she got a haircut, scalp massage, and blow-dry, and she only had to pay $60 for everything. Yesterday, I got a keratin treatment at their salon for $450. They suggested a dry haircut since I can't wash my hair in 3 days for the same treatment, and it had an $80 surcharge. I didn't expect the haircut to be free, but I did expect it to be a bit more equivalent since it was just a trim without a blow-dry, and I didn't ask for it and it was in addition to the initial treatment. The Professionalism of Qiu, Debbie provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. I opted for the Milbon Japanese hair treatment, Hair Color, and weeks after keratin treatment, and I very happy with the results. Qiu’s expertise shone through as he expertly assessed my hair's needs recommended the best treatments for me.
