She is professional and friendly and isn't just after a quick buck, if the treatment isn't right for you she will tell you. Hannah was totally honest with me in my quest for the perfect brows, I listened, did the prep and got the perfect results.

I can't rate jess highly enough. She's so skillful and a wonderful person. Her salon is beautiful and she always makes you feel at home. I have very fine straight hair. Jess somehow works her magic and creates a lovely thick, slick bob. . I'm always pleased with her cut and colours. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

So lovely! Esha was very kind and asked all the right questions about my hair! Loved the facilities and I am so happy to have found a curl specialist salon in Stafford, having only recently moved here! Lovely service as always. I know my curls are in good hands and get the treatment they need when I visit the curl girl. Really nice relaxing environment and have seen a big improvement in my curls since having my hair cuts/treatments here.

First visit to madhatters, I have to say that the experience was nothing short of faultless, I’ve always had very short hair and I like a particular look, to say Amy really listened and understood what I was asking for is an understatement, it’s been a very long time since I’ve left hair appointment feeling like I’ve had value for money and that the stylist actually cared about the finished product, thankyou !!!!!! I came to the salon for a treatment and style/diffuse with Hollie - she was amazing and you’d never think she was in training. She discussed my hair with me to make a decision which products she would be using, and I felt relaxed and pampered the entire time. The treatment and massage chair were such a treat! I asked for some help with my dry hair and the treatment applied has put a shine on my hair. Good cut and styling in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Nice coffee too. I enjoy my visits and highly recommend.

Ben cut and styled my granddaughters hair. She hasn't stopped smiling, took a selfie and sent it to all her friends. Ben was brilliant with her, listened to what she wanted and discussed what he was going to do.

A truly relaxing experience. Vanessa is not only a great hair stylist but makes sure everything is exactly as you the client wants. I can highly recommend Vanessa at Creare for a wonderful experience, where nothing is too much trouble.
