Really happy with my last lift and threading. My only grumble is that the shop was very noisy with the door being left open at times so I could hear traffic going by, and staff were having loud conversations, so it didnt feel overly relaxing. That aside, I'm very happy with fhe finished product of the treatments.

Fantastic service again from the lovely Claudia! She remembered the challenges I face with sensitivity to noisy environments and after my consult and wash, took me to a quieter area of the salon for my cut, and without me having to ask for this as "special treatment". She listened carefully to what I said I wanted and offered her expert advice, and yes, when I met up with my hubby, he commented on what a lovely cut I'd had! I feel confident that I've found my happy hair place and person!

Came in on the 1st August, it was my birthday and I had a lovely time with my lovely Mellissa and my lovely Gracie and the lovely Rhianna. I consider them friends, not just a salon I visit to get my hair done. Please employ Gracie as she is a real addition to the team and the atmosphere of the salon. Mellissa as always transforms my hair and has made me love my hair again. I will continue to come to Cut Loose for ever!! Fantastic time by me and I feel so at home there I really do ❤️

I booked on line for my first visit to Cut Loose, I was greeted by my stylist, Aydan and made to feel welcome. I chose the water treatment and my hair feels amazingly silky. Very pleased with my cut and my fringe is the perfect length! Thank you Aydan.
