I honestly can’t thank Jess enough. She was such a sweet caring person from the moment I sat in her chair. I came feeling low about my hair my extensions were too light, my hair was damaged, and I started to get upset because I just didn’t feel like myself. She was so understanding and comforting, instead of making me feel embarrassed, she went above and beyond to help. She managed to work around the situation and helped me find new extensions that actually matched my shade perfectly, she blended everything beautifully! the end result was stunning i left feeling confident again. Thankyou!! ❤️
