Rach is an absolute miracle worker! I recently booked her signature Harmony massage, and it was 2 hours of ultimate relaxation. I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. Was having problems with my neck, shoulder and arm. Had a all over massage that was lovely, concentrating the first 15 minutes on the area that was concerning me. Alannah was as good as the physio thats been treating me with the same amount of pressure and felt so much better in myself having had a full massage. Had lymphatic drainage full body Deeply relaxing, afterwards felt very thirsty so just took on extra water. Due to having underactive thyroid and no gallbladder felt it’s the right option for me to help with toxin build up from medication Rachel was so good dry brushing, the right pressure the right oils. Thanks Rachel certainly made me feel uplifted light meal then early night re booking for 3 weeks time. Recommend anyone with autoimmune or inflammation definitely recommend 🙏❤️🌻🐝
