I had an Indian head massage today with Nicola and it was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish it was deeply relaxing and helped release so much tension in my neck, shoulders, and scalp. Nicola was professional and made me feel completely at ease. I left feeling calm, refreshed, and lighter — like a weight had been lifted. Had my first sports massage today and honestly didn’t know what to expect, but it was amazing. It definitely wasn’t painfree, but it never felt uncomfortable just the kind of pressure you know is actually doing something. I went in with really tight legs and upper back pain, and I’ve come out feeling so much looser and more relaxed. Huge difference already. Big thanks to Ryan really professional, made me feel at ease, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Already booked in again and actually looking forward to it this time. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with muscle tension.

Absolutely fantastic, Jordanne is extremely welcoming. The room is perfect, dark, soft and very calming. There were multiple check ins during treatment to see if everything was progressing well, with pressure preferences and essential oil preference is taken into account.

I had an amazing time at the spa. The lady was really friendly and explained everything that happened step by step to me and she showed me the before and after of my scalp and what I need to do next time which really helped me. I would totally recommend going to head space for a scalp treatment.
