Nikki has worked with me to ease the stress, tension & pain in my neck & shoulders. It was dragging me down, it was depressing and the thought that it would likely get worse was very worrying. I felt quite scared. We are now at a point where I’m feeling the benefit of the treatment and it feels wonderful. Her knowledge, commitment and kindness towards me has enabled me to start to enjoy things again that I was finding difficult, simple things like driving, going to a football match, picking up my grandchildren etc, I am so grateful to her and very glad that I found her.

Bithe is amazing, had a full body massage and literally felt like I walked out with a new body. Had the Japanese luxury headspace with facial and would definitely recommend. I will be making excuses to come down to Loughborough from Wigan to book more treatments. Lovely studio, welcoming and really knows her profession. I feel like I'll be disappointed if I have to go somewhere else, will definitely be back.

Luna Rose is officially the best place to visit in Loughborough for a pamper session! I had a top to toe massage that truly melted me, made my body feel fantastic and helped ease the pain and aches I’d been having. This treatment gave me the deep relaxation I desperately needed after the turbulence of this year so far. Rachel as always was the perfect host, in her beautiful, warm, comfortable salon and she was also fully CV19 secure; which gave me peace of mind that I was safe. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Rachel & Luna Rose.

Nikki is the absolute best. She’s so kind, always makes me feel comfortable & relaxed, and is so knowledgeable about what she does. I’ve seen her for 1yr for regular massages to help with chronic pain, inflammation & tension, and now I have to leave her as I relocate. I’m gutted!! But I hope this review convinces someone to take my place! She’s a total gem!

Second facial here now, I have sensitive skin but the experience has been amazing! The products used are gentle, my skin is looking clearer having recently suffered breakouts. The whole experience including the shoulder and head massage makes this so relaxing.

I had my first Hydrafacial at Loughskin and the service was absolutely incredible. The head, neck, and shoulder massage included in the treatment was such a relaxing bonus, and really made the whole experience feel luxurious. I really appreciated was how thoroughly everything was explained, I was talked through each step, which made me feel totally comfortable throughout. The next day, my skin looked noticeably clearer, especially after the extractions, my nose is so smooth! I would highly recommend Loughskin if you’re looking for real results and a relaxing experience.

Niki has changed my life, this is no exaggeration! I suffer with osteo and inflammatory arthritis also issues with neck and shoulders. I’ve been going to Nikki for over a year now and after my massage I feel such a sense of relief, from pain and tension. My upper body movement is easier and pain free. The sense of wellbeing in mind and body is incredible. Nikki is warm and welcoming, she listens and gets to know you so that her treatments are tailored for each individual. Excellent! I had a full head of highlights with a cut and blow dry today. My hair is long and thick and Maya took great time and care over my hair and was extremely patient and attentive. Maya did an amazing job with the colour blending grown out highlights and some greys with a beautiful natural finish. Thank you Maya. 😊

Fantastic facial. All the great products and techniques you would hope for, with the addition of loads of facial massage. So relaxing and calming, whilst feeling like you can tell it’s actually making a difference to your skin & face. Karen also used the ice globes (as booked) and included a shoulder & scalp massage whilst the mask was on. Will book again for sure. Thank you!
