I've had a wonderful experiences in the One Lounge every time I go . They're friendly helpful and wonderful at everything they offer ,On Sunday ,Marta gave me a fantastic head & shoulders massage & great relaxing reflexology on my feet ,which sent me to sleep ,I highly recommend The One Lounge .

Absolutely beautiful experience with a back, neck and shoulder massage along with a head and scalp massage. The room is so cosy, all round good vibes! Such a chilled, relaxing experience from the chat before to the massage itself. Can't wait to come back and try some more treatments! Highly recommended!

There should be more than 5 stars!! Emma was fantastic, highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a pamper session. The head massage is to die for! As soon as you enter the building you feel at home, you are treated like family the second you arrive. Even after your amazing treatment, you are offered to stay in their relaxation room where you can help yourself to tea, juice and a great range of snacks. I could have moved in!! Overall it was such a pleasant experience and I will be back in a heartbeat to try out some of their other services. Huge thank you to Emma!

Lauren’s head spa treatment is amazing! She made me comfortable from the start to finish and is clearly experienced. She even towel dried my curly hair so I didn’t leave going into the cold with wet hair. She genuinely wants you to have the best experience and will tailor the treatment to your needs. The only part I didn’t find relaxing was the nail tech working downstairs who spoke in a wildly loud voice to her client the entire time, mainly about her night out on Saturday. She maybe needs to keep it down a bit in consideration for other therapists in the salon.

I had the best experience today at Wellness with a Conscience. I had the 2 hour massage and facial combo and it was the best I’ve ever had. My skin looks amazing and I’m feeling so much more relaxed. I had been struggling with neck pain and headaches and Shabana helped relieve both immensely. The whole experience was great, from start to end, I can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely come back for more treatments! 10/10

My visit to Margaret’s today consisted of 3 treatments.. Reflexology, full body massage and a facial, I had 2 hours of full relaxation, Margaret makes you feel so comfortable and I would highly recommend.

Had the most amazing 1st experience at the Head Bath today with a Japanese head spa with Emma. She made me feel so comfortable and spoke me through the treatment, she was so nice and knowledgeable. It felt amazing and even now my head feels so light and clean. I opted for the blow dry and it’s so sleek and bouncy. The relaxation room afterwards is such a lovely touch too. Can’t wait for my next one.

Had a another blissful session with the lovely Shabana this afternoon at P&P Hospice. It started with meditation to relax me into the session, then a whole body hot stone and warm bamboo massage. This was followed by a refreshing facial. I drifted off for a while. I would highly recommend visiting Shabana whose compassion shines through her therapeutic skills. I will be booking another session soon.😊

Feeling really spacious in my face and neck after my 1st vocal massage. Amazingly, even my pelvis feels different, n we only focussed on my head and neck. Thanks Andrew, I appreciate your skill and experience. I feel more educated about the anatomy of the face and mouth. I’m leaving with techniques for releasing my neck and stretching my tongue!! Who knew? 😜 I am grateful for your knowledge of how my history with acid reflux has affected the tension in my mouth. Fascinating, I’ll definitely be back. I’m intrigued at what else I might learn. Had my first ever Japanese head spa today with Lauren and it was amazing! The space is so nice, the massage was excellent. The deep cleanse on my scalp was incredible. Lauren gave me the option to leave with a hair mask in or have a blow dry. I have curly hair so was happy to leave with the mask on. So many nice wee touches like jelly mask add on, lip mask, etc Thanks so much once again xx

Had a fantastic visit on Saturday morning with Margaret. The foot & leg massage was really good and just what I was needing. Definitely will be back for this treatment with the summer months ahead. I also had a facial which was really good too. Margaret could not do enough to make the experience very relaxing and enjoyable.
