What a wonderful experience I had today at the sanctum wellbeing. I had the essential oil facial and head massage with neck back and shoulder massage. The room is so cosy, comfortable and beautiful. Mali was great. One of the best. I had a Tai oil massage and Mali concentrated on my lower back and neck where i had a lot of discomfort and tightness. After the massage i felt loose and the pain is much better. I will be going back again soon. Thank you Mali.

I had the most beautiful hot stone massage yesterday with Lou and I genuinely left feeling like a different person. The treatment itself was incredible. The heat from the stones combined with the pressure was perfect, especially for someone like me who works in a posture-heavy job. I could feel the tension melting away. Every movement felt intentional and intuitive, and I left feeling deeply relaxed but also lighter and more aligned.
