Holistic heavens.. fast becoming one of my favourite treatments. Massage, head massage and ear candling. Twice now and will definitely have again. Fantastic combo and leaves me feeling clearer headed too. Odd but I get excited to see how much wax comes out too 😂.

If you have deep rooted neck and shoulder tension, headaches and daily pain. I highly recommend Lou, she provides a massage at a level that suits you, may take a sequence of visit to release the tight areas, but well worth it, no more pain. Lou is very profressional, and informative, you will feel like your floating when you leave, and have the best night sleep ever xx

I love the whole experience and ambiance of the Natural Body Cafe from walking through the door until I leave, and usually have a Bamboo massage with Kimberley, this time I needed my nails done for a special occasion and Rhiannon did not disappoint. The whole experience was explained before we went ahead,with Aprex nails, she made me feel relaxed and calm throughout my time there, there are plenty of colours to choose from and some nail art if you fancy it, I will definitely return, they looked amazing. Sarah is very attentive and her calm nature makes you feel very relaxed from the moment you step into the beautiful cabin. The hot stone massage was amazing it was my first time and I felt aches melt away. You can tell Sarah is very passionate about her skill as it wasn’t rushed at all and so calming. I tried reflexology for the first time & I’ll be the first to admit I was dreading it but I loved it!!! What Sarah could tell me at the end is extraordinary and extremely helpful. I’m looking forward to booking with Sarah again.

As always RiRi knew what I wanted and designed my nails, especially for the festivities ahead, not had them done for a few months so was really nice to go back and be welcomed as if I had never been away. Next appointment booked. A warm calm cosy environment, love my visits there.

Dom gives the best massage ever! I try to visit her regularly and she never disappoints. I recommend her to everyone and will continue to do so. Shes also pierced my ears which was also perfect. Don't hesitate to go!
